My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a lovely touch of fresh fruit and infused water. However, the lack of furnishings was noticeable. The service was exceptional, from the front desk to housekeeping, although having to change rooms was a small inconvenience. The location, while close to key attractions, was a bit challenging to access. Dining options were available outside the hotel, and though a bit pricey, joining the rewards program helped. I felt like I was staying in a new, homey space with a walk-in shower and a lovely bathroom. However, there was a bit of dust around. The hotel is not your typical cookie-cutter place but more like a cozy home-away-from-home. The inconvenience of having to take out my wallet for the room key was a minor hassle.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, despite the noise from multiple parties and traffic. The room was spacious with a large sitting and entertaining area, and a separate bedroom that was extremely clean and very comfortable. The service was top-notch, from the valet to the doorman and concierge, who were all very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, being a short walk to Pikes Place and other downtown attractions, although the constant noise from the air-conditioning and fridge was a bit bothersome. The dining experience at the Bookstore cafe/bar was amazing. Overall, a great value for the money.
